The purpose of this study was to determine perception of occupational therapists on earning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units as a requirement in renewing their professional license. Snowball sampling technique was used to identify the thirty registered occupational therapists who are currently residing or working around Laguna. A self made questionnaire was used as the primary source of gathering data from the respondents of the study. Results show that 40% of the respondents agreed that CPD units must be a requirement to renew license. Furthermore, respondent's age, work experience, monthly income and work setting have nothing to do with the respondent's perception on earning CPD units as requirement to renew professional license.
